ALUMINUM PRESSURE INJECTION FOUNDRY



The die-cast aluminum foundry is a fast and economical manufacturing process for the production in large quantities of light-alloy parts with finite ribs and tight tolerances.
The aluminum die-casting process involves injecting a molten aluminum alloy into a metal mold under high pressure. Largely robotic, the manufacturing process guarantees repeatability and high accuracy of dimensions.
The injection molding under pressure is completed by the presence of a cutting tool that will separate the parts of the feed system.
The parts cut will be able to follow various operations before final packaging and delivery to the customer.

After injection, machining can be used to complete parts of the workpiece or stamping to obtain precise dimensions, surface finishes and tapping.
